Alcoholic Architecture

I composed the disco vs. autotune gregorian chant entrance theme for this wonderful bar as well as creating a one hour long sonic experience that takes visitors through a "refill the cloud" sequence, a sea storm and then a euphoric exit with hundreds of bells.

Alcoholic Architecture is live in Borough Market, featuring a walk-in cloud of breathable cocktail. The installation is an alcoholic weather system for your tongue where meteorology and mixology collide against a canvas of monastic mayhem, referencing the gothic splendour of neighbouring Southwark Cathedral.
